The Company's Botaneco Corp segment sells Dermylex a natural health supplement derived from a certain whey protein that has been usedin treating mild to moderate symptoms of psoriasis. The Company's Botaneco Specialty segment is engaged in selling Hydresia an oleosome ingredient for various cosmetic, personal care and prescription topical dermatology products. The Company's Natunola segment sells both Gels and Extracts for personal care products and de-hulled flax seed into the natural food sector. In March 2013, the Company disposed its wholly-owned subsidiary, Botaneco Specialty Ingredients Inc.
