Critical Elements Corporation, formerly First Gold Exploration Inc., is a Canada-based exploration company. It is involved in the acquisition, exploration and development of mining properties. As of August 31, 2010, its properties included Matchi-Manitou-Copper, Zinc, Gold and Silver Project; Croinor 1-old Project; Lac Pivert/Rose Lithium Project and British-Columbia Properties. Matchi-Manitou property consists of 29 claims in Tavernier and Pershing townships, in the Abitibi region of Quebec. Croinor 1-old Project includes a mining lease of 90 hectares situated approximately 75 kilometers by road east of Val-d�Or. Lac Pivert property consists of 661 claims covering a total area of 331.02 square kiometers. As of August 31, 2010, it was active in Canada and Mexico. On June 9, 2010, it incorporated a subsidiary, Ruth Silver and Metal Corp S.A. de C.V. Subsequent to the fiscal year ended August 31, 2010, it abandoned the San Francisco Javier Property, Mexico-Silver-Zinc-Lead Project.
