Description
Delta Gold Corporation, formerly ADR Capital Corp., is a Canada-based mining company. The Company�s flagship project is the Imperial Project, an advanced-stage gold mine development project located in Imperial County, in southeastern California, near the regional communities of El Centro and Brawley, California, and Yuma, Arizona. The Imperial Project hosts a large, disseminated and deeply oxidized gold deposit that contains an indicated resource of 879,000 ounces and additional inferred resources of 1.298 million ounces of gold. The Company holds two contiguous exploration licenses over the dolerite deposit. On February 13, 2013, the Company completed its previously announced three cornered amalgamation with Delta Gold Inc. In connection with the transaction, the Company changed its name to Delta Gold Corporation.
