Gold Royalties Corporation (Gold Royalties), formerly Richmond Row Capital Corp., owns mining royalty interests across Canada on both operating mines and emerging ore bodies. The Company owns a royalty interest on the Bachelor Lake mine, the Hart nickel deposit, the Yellowjacket mine, the Blende silver-zinc-lead deposit, the Bermuda exploration property, in excess of 3,000 hectares, the Seymour Lake exploration property and the KM61 Deposit. On August 22, 2012, Gold Royalties and Richmond Row Capital Corp. (Richmond Row) closed an arms-length business combination (the Transaction), pursuant to which Gold Royalties amalgamated with 8229554 Canada Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Richmond Row. The Transaction constitutes its qualifying transaction.
