MGold Resources Inc. (MGold) is a development-stage mineral exploration company. As of July 20, 2012, the Company focuses on oil and gas. MGold holds a 100% interest in the Burchell Lake Property, located in the Shebandowan area, west of Thunder Bay, Ontario. The Burchell Lake and Goldcreek Properties are prospective for gold and volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) style base metal, copper-lead-zinc-molybdenum mineralization. On September 16, 2011, the Company had entered into an option agreement with Silver Reserve Corp. of Reno, Nevada. On March 23, 2012, the Company terminated its Silver Queen and Klondyke property agreements.
