Asia Now Resources Corp. (Asia Now) is a Canada-based, exploration-stage company. Asia Now is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resources. The Company conducts its business in China through a number of Sino-foreign cooperative joint venture limited liability companies established with Yunnan Gold Mining Group Corporation Limited and Yunnan Non-Ferrous Resources Group Company Limited. As of December 31, 2011, the Company�s two exploration projects were the Beiya Project, which consisted of the Ma Touwan properties and the Beiya properties, and the Habo Project, which consists of of four gold-copper molybdenum soil anomalies. The Habo Project includes the Yunnan Now CJV. The Beiya project has potential for the mining of copper-gold ore deposits. The Company has 72% interest in the Ma Touwan property.
