CMQ Resources Inc. (CMQ) is a gold exploration company focused on mineral exploration in Nevada. CMQ has leased the Red Canyon project from Miranda USA, Inc., the South Sleeper project from Geologix (US) Inc. and the North Sleeper project from C3 Resources, Inc. Red Canyon sediment-hosted gold project is made up of 254 lode claims (8.2 square miles/21.2 square kilometers) along the Battle Mountain-Eureka Gold Trend in Eureka County, Navada. The Company’s South Sleeper property consists of 60 claims covering 4.53 square kilometers of Government (Bureau of land Management) land. Its North Sleeper property is situated two miles north of Sleeper mine, in the Awakening Mining District. The North Sleeper property (S310 Claim block) consists of 50 unpatented lode mineral claims. During the Year ended December 31, 2011, the Company drilled four holes for a total depth of 3,200 feet (975 meters) using reverse circulation drilling in the South Sleeper property.
