Prophecy Resource Corp. is a Canadian company focused on the acquisition of base and precious metal exploration properties primarily in the Province of British Columbia. The Company’s Okeover Property (copper-molybdenum) consists of 11 contiguous legacy and cell mineral claims located in the Vancouver Mining Division of south western British Columbia, 25 kilometers north of Powell River and 145 kilometers northwest of Vancouver. The claims cover an area of approximately 5,233 hectares. On July 8, 2008, the Company announced the completion of six diamond drill holes (1,449 meters) at the Okeover copper-molybdenum project. The Company has no subsidiaries.
