Paragon Minerals Corporation is a Canada-based resource company. The Company is focused on the exploration and discovery of base metal and gold ore deposits in emerging mineral districts. The Company has a portfolio of gold and base metal projects in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador of which five are being explored by three joint venture partners. Its base metal project is the 100%-owned South Tally Pond Project, located in central Newfoundland, a mining district that hosts the past producing Buchans copper-lead-zinc deposits and Teck's producing Duck Pond copper-lead-zinc mine. The South Tally Pond project covers 261 square kilometers, adjacent to the Duck Pond mine.
