Primary Petroleum Corporation (Primary) is engaged in the exploration and development of petroleum and natural gas reserves in the Province of Alberta and the State of Montana. The Company operates in Canada and the United States. During the fiscal year ended May 31, 2012, the Company primary held over 384,000 gross / 324,000 net acres (600 gross / 506 net sections) in Southern Alberta Basin Bakken prospective area in NorthWest Montana. The lands are prospective for oil in the Sunburst; Madison; Lodgepole (Banff); Bakken; Three Forks and Nisku Formations. On October 18, 2011, the Company sold 32.5% interest in a portion of certain of its principal properties located in Montana.
