Petromin Resources Ltd. Is a Canada-based oil and gas exploration and producing company with properties situated in the province of Alberta, Canada. The Company is the operator of the Frog Lake prospect which has three producing heavy oil wells. In addition, the Company has farmed out the Redwater North, Morningside and Gilby properties. As of September 30, 2012, the Company had completed its third oil well at its Frog Lake Heavy Oil Project and six oil and natural gas wells were completed on its 320 acre block of land held in the Redwater area of central Alberta. Its Gilby property in Alberta, which produces natural gas from the multi-zone gas discovered. The Company has interests in two wells located in the Morningside area of Alberta. As of September 30, 2012, it had interests in two wells located in the Morningside area of Alberta. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2012, it acquired a 50% interest in a 160 acre oil lease located in Morningside area in Central Alberta.
