Pancontinental Uranium Corporation is an exploration-stage company. It is focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of uranium and rare earth element (REE) properties. As of December 31, 2010, the Company participated in REE and uranium exploration activities in Australia and uranium application activities in the West African nation of Burkina Faso, through a joint venture agreement with Crossland Uranium Mines Limited (Crossland). As of December 31, 2010, it did not have any proven reserves and did not earn any production revenue. The Charley Creek project is located in central Australia and is situated on the southern margin of the North Australian Craton. The Joint Venture has a 100% interest in 10 granted tenements (4,176 square kilometers), one of which is subject to a 3% net smelter royalty (NSR). Three of these tenements were granted subsequent to December 31, 2010, and four tenements under application (954 square kilometers).
