Rodinia Lithium Inc. (Rodinia) is a mineral exploration company, which is engaged in the lithium exploration and development in South America. Rodinia's key asset is the Salar de Diablillos in Salta, Argentina. The property covers an area of approximately 5,756 hectares in the Puna region of north western Argentina. Rodinia's Salar de Diablillos lithium-brine project contains a recoverable inferred brine resource of approximately 2.8 million tons of lithium carbonate and approximately 11.2 million tons of potassium chloride. Rodinia has the right to explore and harvest the lithium-bearing brines within the mining leases owned by Borax Argentina S.A., as well as the rights to an additional three mining leases and two exploration leases on the salar. The Borax Argentina mining leases cover an area of approximately 2,700 hectares representing over 90% of the Salar nucleus, while the remaining tenements consist of the remainder of the 5,786 hectare Diablillos property.
