Samco Gold Limited is a mineral exploration company engaged in acquiring, exploring and developing mineral properties, primarily gold and silver. he Company�s principal mineral property is the 8,000 hectare El Dorado-Monserrat epithermal gold project, located in the Deseado Massif region of Santa Cruz Province, Argentina, approximately 10 kilometers due west of the Cerro Vanguardia Mine operated by AngloGold Ashanti Limited. It also owns a portfolio of other mineral exploration properties in the Deseado Massif, including the 5,000 hectare Corina project and the 11,000 hectare 2G�s project, comprising two proximal concessions situated in the belt of mineralization in the western region of the Deseado Massif proximal to Mirasol Resources� Joaquin and Virginia/Santa Rita projects. On March 31, 2011, the Company acquired the remaining 18% interest in Samco Gold S.A. and acquired 5R S.A. On July 7, 2011, it incorporated Samco Gold Services (UK) Ltd.
