Serengeti Resources Inc. (Serengeti) is a junior mineral exploration company. Serengeti is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada and Mexico. The Company's material mineral properties are the Kwanika Project in the Quesnel Trough area of British Columbia and six gold / silver projects located in the states of Chihuahua and Durango in the Altiplano region of NorthCentral Mexico. Non-material exploration properties include a 100% interest in 14 other properties, totaling approximately 86,830 hectares, as well as a 63.7% joint venture interest in 12 additional properties totaling approximately 40,810 hectares located in the Quesnel Trough of British Columbia. Serengeti, through a wholly owned subsidiary in Mexico Minera F.B. Integral, SA. de CV. (FB Integral), owns title to 53,880 hectares in six mineral properties located in the states of Chihuahua and Durang.
