Sirios Resources Inc. (Sirios) is an exploration company. The Company purchases, explores, develops and operates mining properties. The Company�s properties include Aquilon, Tilly, Pontax, Murdoch, Cheechoo & Sharks, Kukames, Upinor, Cognac, Phoenix, MTK, Baleine, Koala and Hipo. Aquilon is a 104 claims gold property is located near the LA-1 hydro-electric complex in the James Bay area. Tilly is held at 100 % by the Company and consists of 101 claims covering 51 square kilometers. The Pontax property consists of 128 claims, including two main non-contiguous blocks of 74 and 15 claims. The Murdoch copper-nickel property is located 150 kilometers south of Kuujjuaq and 230 kilometers north of Schefferville, which consists of 169 claims covering 80 square kilometers and is held at 50% by the Company. The Cheechoo project is consisted of the Cheechoo and Sharks gold properties. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, it owned 30% interest in Khalkos Exploration Inc.
