Source Exploration Corp. (Source) is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. Source is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of mineral properties in Mexico. As of June 30, 2012, Source was in the process of exploring and evaluating its mineral properties. The Las Minas gold - silver and copper project is Source�s focuses, consists of six mineral concessions covering approximately 1,617 hectares in the Las Minas district in the State of Veracruz, Mexico. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012 (fiscal 2011), the drilling had high-grade discoveries, including diamond drill hole LM-11-SC-45, grading 15.89 grams/ton gold, 12.98 grams per ton silver and 2.25% copper over 10.0 meters, including 37.26 grams/ton gold, 25.4 grams/ton and 4.05% copper over 4.0 meters. On January 12, 2012, its subsidiary, Roca Verde, entered into an option agreement with Empresa Minera Caprice, Jc, S.A. de C.V. to acquire EMC's Capricho mineral exploration located in Sinaloa, Mexico.
