Southern Silver Exploration Corp. (Southern Silver) is an exploration-stage precious and base metal exploration company. The Company�s principal business activities include the acquisition, exploration, and development of natural resource properties located in Mexico and the United States. The Company�s project includes Cerro Las Minitas project, Dragoon Cu-Mo Porphyry Project, Oro Polymetallic Project and Minas de Ameca Project. The Cerro Las Minitas project is located about 70 kilometers to the northeast of the city of Durango in Durango State, Mexico, and comprises 17 concessions, totaling 10,980 hectares. The Dragoon Cu-Mo Porphyry Project is located 90 kilometers southeast of Tucson Arizona. The 6.9 square kilometers Oro Project comprises eight patented mining claims and 89 bureau of land management (BLM) mineral claims. The Minas de Ameca project is located in Jalisco, Mexico, along the western margin of the Sierra Madre Occidental Terrane.
