Uracan Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of properties in the uranium industry, with a focus in Quebec and Saskatchewan. Its properties include Lac Turgeon, Wee Gee, Pontbriand and Ne Costbelle (the North Shore Properties) located along the Quebec North Shore of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, and Pipewrench Lake and Narrows Lake areas in Saskatchewan. On August 5, 2008, the Company entered into an option agreement with Bonaventure Enterprises Inc. (Bonaventure) whereby the Company can acquire up to a 75% interest in a number of mineral claims in northern Saskatchewan (the Foster Lake Property).
