The Company�s properties include McKenzie Lake, Thorburn Lake and Waterbury Lake. On June 14, 2010 the Company acquired a single mining disposition in the northeast Athabasca Basin known as the Close Lake Property (the CL Property). On December 30, 2009, Unity Energy Corp completed its Qualifying Transaction by acquiring 100% interest in the McKenzie Lake property, which is located in Saskatchewan, Canada.
