U3O8 Corp., formerly U308 Corp., is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company focuses on uranium exploration in, and adjacent to, the Roraima Basin area of Guyana, South America. Through its subsidiary, Prometheus Resources (Guyana) Inc. (Prometheus Guyana), the Company�s uranium exploration is focused on the area consisting two reconnaissance permits. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had not generated any revenues and is considered to be in the development stage. In May 2013, U3O8 Corp acquired Calypso Uranium Corp.
