Anthem Resources Incorporated (Anthem), formerly Virginia Energy Resources Inc., is a Canada-based mineral exploration company, engaged in the energy sector with emphasis placed on uranium properties in Saskatchewan, Quebec and Labrador. The Company holds a package of 100%-owned properties, joint ventures and royalty interests in the prolific Athabasca basin of Saskatchewan. Saskatchewan is mining-friendly and produces close to 20% of the world's uranium. The Company�s exploration properties include British Columbia projects, Saskatchewan projects, Labrador projects and Otish Mountains, Quebec projects. As of September 30, 2012, the Company held 100% interest in the Coles Hill deposit in southern Virginia. Virginia Energy Resources Inc. holds a 100% interest in a group of properties in the emerging Proterozoic Otish Basin located in central Quebec. On September 27, 2012, the Company acquired VA Uranium Holdings, Inc. (VAUH) with 100% ownership of VAUH.
