West Mountain Capital Corp. (West Mountain) operates through its wholly owned subsidiary Phase Separation Solutions Inc. (PS2), which operates a fixed soil treatment facility in Wolseley, Saskatchewan (the Wolseley Facility). Through PS2 the Company provides waste management services with a focus on the elimination of the environmental liability inherent in contaminated soil, sludge and sediment by employing indirectly heated Thermal Phase Separation Technology (TPS) to render those wastes inert. The Company generates revenue by obtaining contracts for the treatment of contaminated soil or on a fee-for-service basis wherein small quantities of soil are accepted from generators. The Company�s customer base is consisted of utilities, environmental service companies and general industry.
