Western Uranium Corporation (Western or Western Uranium) is a natural resource company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of resource properties in the North America. Through the Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries, Western Energy Development Corp. (WEDC) and Ruby Hill Exploration Inc., the Company has four mineral exploration concessions in the United States and Canada. Its major properties include Kings Valley Claims, Nevada; Treeline Claims, New Mexico; Virgin Valley Claims, Nevada, and Thelon Basin Permits and Claims, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, Canada. On July 16, 2008 the Company spun-out a portion of its interest in the wholly-owned subsidiary, Western Lithium Canada Corporation, to the shareholders of the Company.
