Cavan Ventures Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company has entered into two property option agreements and subsequent amendments, pursuant to which the Company can acquire a 100% interest in the Kaslo Property (previously called Emerald property), as well as the Kisgegas (KM Claims) property (KM Property). The Emerald Property is located in the Slocan Mining Division, 14 kilometer north-west of Kaslo, B.C. It consists of five contiguous tenures. The Kisgegas-KM Property is located 60 kilometers north of Hazelton, 1.6 kilometers northeast of Kisgegas Peak, B.C. Canada, and situated in the Omineca Mining Division. The five claims that comprise the KM Property cover the area of approximately 946 hectares. In April 2008, the Company set up a 100% wholly owned subsidiary named Fast Bridge Limited.
