Description

CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (CPI Aero) is engaged in the contract production of structural aircraft parts principally for the United States Air Force and other branches of the United States armed forces, either as a prime contractor or as a subcontractor to other defense prime contractors. CPI Aero also acts as a subcontractor to prime aircraft manufacturers in the production of commercial aircraft parts. As a subcontractor to defense prime contractors such as Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), The Boeing Company (Boeing), Lockheed Martin Corporation (Lockheed), Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Sikorsky) and Bell Helicopter, the Company delivers various pods, and modular and structural assemblies for military aircraft, such as the E-2D Hawkeye surveillance aircraft, UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter, the A-10 Thunderbolt attack jet, the MH-60S mine counter measure helicopter and the C-5A Galaxy cargo jet.
