It offers a range of chemical vapor deposition, gas control, and other equipment that is used by its customers to research, design, and manufacture semiconductors, solar cells, smart glass, carbon nanotubes, nanowires, light emitting diodes (LEDs), micro electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), and industrial coatings, as well as equipment for surface mounting of components onto printed circuit boards. Through the Company’s Application Laboratory, it provides process development support and process startup assistance.
