On October 1, 2008, it acquired Mechetronics Holding Ltd. and all subsidiaries (Mechetronics). On May 9, 2008, Curtiss-Wright sold its third-party commercial aerospace repair and overhaul business located in Miami, Florida. In March 2009, the Company acquired EST Group, Inc.
