The Consumers’ Waterheater Income Fund (CWIF) is an unincorporated open-ended trust established with an unlimited number of trust units. The Fund operates its business of renting water heaters, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and related assests to residential and commercial customers in Ontario. In August 2008, the Company acquired Stratacon Inc. (Stratacon), providing smart sub-metering and other services and equipments to residents in apartment buildings and condominiums in Ontario and Alberta. The Company has its wholly-owned subsidiary, The Consumer’s Waterheater Operating Trust (CWOT).
