Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. is a research and development company. The Company is engaged in the business of engine technology research and development. The Company holds exclusive commercial rights to the Schoell Cycle Engine, an external combustion, heat-regenerative engine capable of running on any fuel source. The Company has branded this engine the Cyclone Engine. The Company focuses on marketing, through sale and/or licensing arrangements, the technology of the Cyclone Engine to large-scale manufacturers. On January 11, 2009, the Company formed Cyclone-WHE, Inc., a 100%-owned subsidiary and operating division of the Company. The business of Cyclone-WHE, Inc. is to manufacture and market the Company’s waste heat engine products.
