Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc. (Citizens Community Bancorp) is a unitary savings and loan holding company. The Company owns a wholly owned subsidiary Citizens Community Federal (the Bank). The Bank is a federally chartered stock savings institution. The Bank has 26 full-service offices in nine locations and 17 in-store Wal-Mart Supercenter branches. The Bank moved its former branches in Black River Falls, Rice Lake and Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin to inside the Wal-Mart Supercenter locations in those respective communities. The Bank opened six branches during the fiscal year ended September 30, 2009 (fiscal 2009), inside Wal-Mart Supercenters in Oak Park Heights, Minnesota and Menomonie, Neenah, Plover, Shawano and Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. At September 30, 2009, the Company had total assets of $575.4 million and total deposits of $409.3 million.
