CapitaCommercial Trust (the Trust) is a commercial real estate investment trust. The principal activity of the Trust is to invest in income producing real estate and real estate related assets, which are used or substantially used for commercial purposes, with the primary objective of achieving a level of return from rental income and for long-term capital growth. Its business segments are office buildings, car park buildings and mixed use buildings. As of December 31, 2008, its properties included Capital Tower, Six Battery Road, One George Street, HSBC Building, StarHub Centre, Robinson Point, Bugis Village, Wilkie Edge, Golden Shoe Car Park, Market Street Car Park and Raffles City Singapore (60% interest). It has a wholly owned subsidiary, CCT MTN Pte. Ltd., which provides treasury services, including lending to the Trust the proceeds from issuance of notes under an unsecured multi-currency medium term note program. The Trust is managed by CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited.
