Noble Energy, Inc. is an energy company engaged in oil and gas exploration and production around the world. The Company’s portfolio is diversified between short-term and long-term projects, both onshore and offshore, and domestic and international. The Company’s United States operations accounted for approximately 55% of total proved reserves. Of the total proved reserves from the United States operations, approximately 57% are natural gas and 43% are crude oil, condensate and NGLs. The Company’s international operations accounted approximately 45% of total proved reserves. International proved reserves are 84% natural gas, and 16% crude oil and condensate. The Company operates in five core areas: the DJ Basin (onshore United States); the Marcellus Shale (onshore United States), deepwater Gulf of Mexico (offshore United States), offshore West Africa, and offshore Eastern Mediterranean. These five areas are engaged in crude oil, natural gas and NGL production, and development projects.
