It's only rock and roll, but Cleveland residents like it. The City of Cleveland, Ohio (C-Town), is home to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and is the nation's 45th largest city and Ohio's second largest (behind Columbus). C-Town, with more than 390,000 residents, is run by a mayor-council form of government. The legislative branch consists of a 21-member council and the executive branch comprises the mayor, his adjunct offices, advisors, and the city's administrative departments. The mayor is the city's CEO and is elected to enforce its charter, ordinances, and state laws. The Village of Cleveland was incorporated in 1814.
