Core technologies include contact center, attendant console, interactive voice response, call recording and workforce optimization solutions that support any telephony environment, on-premise or in the cloud. Its customers include insurance companies, banks and utilities. The Asset Management Group provides a portfolio of products to telecom service providers, as well as fleet management and public safety software solutions for the transportation industry, first responders, distribution, security, utilities and oil and gas industries. These include telecom billing, data conversion, and geo-spatial software solutions for complex network infrastructures and fleet/logistics management solutions for the public and private sectors.
