The Company operates through three segments: Flow Control, Motion Control, and Metal Treatment. Its principal manufacturing facilities are located in the United States in California, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas, and internationally in Canada and the United Kingdom. In July 2014, the Company sold its Benshaw, Inc. business to Regal-Beloit Corporation.
