The Company’s operations consist of a 165,000 square-foot video lottery casino complex featuring slot machine offerings, including multi-player electronic table games with virtual dealers; the Dover Downs Hotel and Conference Center – a 500 room AAA Four Diamond hotel with conference, banquet, fine dining, ballroom, concert hall and spa facilities, and Dover Downs Raceway – a harness racing track with pari-mutuel wagering on live and simulcast horse races. The Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries: Dover Downs, Inc. and Dover Downs Management Corp. As of December 31, 2008, approximately 90% Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment’s revenue is derived from video lottery (slot) machine win.
