Global Diversified Investment Grade Income Trust (the Trust) is a closed-end income trust. The objectives of the Trust are to provide unitholders with a fixed rate stream of monthly distributions. As at December 31, 2008, the three portfolios contained 136 securities each. The co-trustees of the Trust are Metcalfe & Mansfield Alternative Investment Corp. and 4227298 Canada Inc.
