Dia Bras Exploration Inc. is principally in the business of acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company, through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Dia Bras Mexicana, owns or controls mining concessions located in the State of Chihuahua, Mexico. In January 2008, the Company entered into a purchase agreement for mineral properties, such as La Chaparrita and Bolivar. In February 2008, the Company entered into an option agreement with Arnoldo Castaneda Martínez and Consorcio Minero Latinoamericano, S.A. de C.V., whereby it could earn a 100% interest in the La Enganosa property. As of July 10, 2009, Arias Resource Capital Fund L.P. had acquired approximately 50.86% interest in the Company. In September 2009, the Company acquired EXMIN Resources Inc.
