Image Entertainment, Inc. (Image) is a licensee and distributor of entertainment programming in North America. The Company releases its library of content on a variety of formats and platforms, including digital versatile disc (DVD), blu-ray disc (Blu-ray), digital (video-on-demand, electronic sell-through and streaming), broadcast television, cable, satellite, theatrical and non-theatrical exploitation. The Company’s focus is on an array of general and specialty content, including feature films, comedy, music concerts, urban, theatre, documentaries, theatrical catalogue films, independent films, foreign films, youth culture/lifestyle, television and gospel. Image also acquires rights to audio content for distribution via digital platforms and on compact disc (CD) spread across a variety of genres and configurations, including albums, compilation CDs and stand-up comedy programs. The Company operates in three segments: Domestic (United States and Canada), Digital and International.
