Delek Logistics Partners, LP is formed to own, operate, acquire and construct crude oil and refined products logistics and marketing assets. It operates in two segments: Pipelines and Transportation, which consists of approximately 400 miles of crude oil transportation pipelines, 16 miles of refined product pipelines, an approximately 600-mile crude oil gathering system and associated crude oil storage tanks with an aggregate of approximately 1.4 million barrels of active shell capacity, and Wholesale Marketing and Terminalling, which provide marketing services for 100% of the refined products output of the Tyler refinery, other than jet fuel and petroleum coke, and own and operate five light product terminals. On April 29, 2011, it acquired Oil Assets of Lion Oil Company. On December 19, 2011, it acquired Paline Pipeline Company, LLC. On January 31, 2012, it acquired the Nettleton pipeline. On February 7, 2012, it acquired the Big Sandy terminal.
