Delta Oil & Gas, Inc. (Delta) is engaged in the exploration, development, acquisition and operation of oil and gas properties. Delta focuses on the exploration of its land portfolio, which comprises working interests in acreage in Palmetto Point, Mississippi; Southern Saskatchewan, Canada; the Southern Alberta Foothills area in Canada, and South Central, Oklahoma. The Company’s proved properties in the United States of America are Oklahoma and Palmetto Point Prospect. The Company’s proved properties in Canada are Wordsworth Prospect, Todd Creek, Hillspring and Strachan Prospect. In March 2009, Delta Oil completed the acquisition of approximately 80% of the outstanding shares of The Stallion Group.
