DM plc (DM) is a United Kingdom-based direct marketing company engaged in customer recruitment and database management. The Company operates in two divisions: Customer Recruitment Division, consisting of the previous Gamecard and Direct Mail divisions, and Database Management Division, consisting of the previous Database division and Data Locator Group Ltd (DLG). The Company’s Customer Recruitment Division is engaged in the designing and then distributing a range of response orientated games of skill and chance. The Database Management Division was formed to manage, create and exploit opportunities to sell the Company’s response driven database of approximately eight million customers. On November 12, 2008, DM acquired DLG. In April 2009, DM PLC acquired PDV Limited.
