WisdomTree World ex-U.S. Growth Fund (the Fund), formerly WisdomTree Japan Equity Income Fund, seeks investment results that closely correspond to the price and yield performance of the WisdomTree World ex-US Growth Index. The WisdomTree World ex-US Growth Index is a fundamentally weighted index that measures the performance of companies in the developed and emerging markets outside of the United States. The top 30% of companies with the highest growth scores within the 1000 largest companies by market capitalization are included in the Index. Companies are weighted in the Index annually based on annual cash dividends paid. As of June 1, 2009, approximately 76% of the Index consisted of companies with market capitalizations over $10 billion and approximately 23% of the Index consisted of companies with market capitalizations between $2 billion and $10 billion.
