Doral Energy Corp. (Doral Energy) is an oil and gas exploitation and production company focused on identifying, acquiring and operating oil and gas properties in the Permian Basin of West Texas and New Mexico. For the fiscal year ended August 31, 2009, the Company had oil and natural gas sales to four customers, Navajo Refining Company, ConocoPhillips Company, DCP Midstream LP, and Frontier Field Services, which represented approximately 91.0%, 6.9%, 2.0%, and 0.1% of its oil and natural gas revenues, respectively. As of July 31, 2009, the Company had a portfolio of oil and natural gas reserves, with approximately 91.9% of its proved reserves consisting of oil and 8.1% consisting of natural gas. Of those reserves, approximately 15.7% of its proved reserves are classified as proved developed producing (PDP), approximately 4.8% of its proved reserves are classified PDNP, and approximately 79.5% of its proved reserves are classified as PUD.
