DWS RREEF World Real Estate & Tactical Strategies Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objectives are high current income and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve these objectives primarily by generally investing about 80% of net assets investments in global real estate securities, including the United States real estate investment trusts (REITs). It invests in sectors, such as diversified, shopping centers, office, storage, healthcare, industrials, apartments and regional malls. The Fund’s investment manager is Deutsche Investment Management Americas Inc., an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG. Its investment advisor is RREEF America, L.L.C., also an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG.
