The Company’s customers consist of various health care agencies and institutions, such as nursing homes, hospitals, home healthcare agencies, physician’s offices, and retail and closed door pharmacies. It markets its products principally through independent distributors servicing the long-term care, home health, and acute care markets in the United States, Canada, and other select international markets. The Company conducts its business operations primarily through its subsidiaries: Sunshine Products, Inc., Derma Sciences Canada Inc., and Derma First Aid Products, Inc.
