Dacha Strategic Metals Inc. (Dacha) invests in physical minerals. Dacha has acquired an inventory of minerals with a primary initial focus on rare earth elements. As of March 31, 2012, the Company was storing its purchased metals in warehouses in South Korea and Singapore. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012, Dacha sold 116,000 kilograms of Yttrium oxide, 50 kilograms of Gadolinium oxide and 100 kilograms of Lutetium oxide, and Dacha also purchased 1,000 kilograms of Terbium oxide and 8,000 kilograms of Neodymium oxide. As of March 31, 2012, the Company held 85,850 kilograms of rare earth metals, which included Dysprosium Fe (12,000 kilograms); Dysprosium oxide (15,000 kilograms); Gadolinium oxide (9,950 kilograms); Lutetium oxide (2,900 kilograms), and Neodymium oxide (18,000 kilograms); Terbium oxide (14,000 kilograms), and Yttrium oxide (14,000 kilograms) at a total cost of $20.5 million. On April 23, 2012, Dacha sold 2,900 kilograms of Lutetium Oxide.
