The Company provides its services through two segments: Financial Advisory and Investment Banking. The Company serves a global client base through offices in 24 cities, comprising offices in 18 United States cities, including New York, Chicago, Dallas and Los Angeles, and six international offices located in Amsterdam, London, Munich, Paris, Tokyo and Shanghai.
