The Company’s activity is composed of five divisions: the Belgium, the Central & Eastern Europe and Russia (CEER), the Merchant Banking, the European Private Banking, and the Shared Services & Operations business units. Each of these units has its own management committee and oversees both the banking and the insurance activities. The Company is active in Belgium and in other selected countries, including Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Russia.
